You can't be there for every call. We can.
Non-medical concierge for the day-to-day: doctor calls, scheduling, reminders, follow-through. Your parents stay independent — you stay in the loop without doing everything yourself.
No card needed. No pressure. 15 minutes.
Three things, in plain English.
We are not medical, not legal, not a placement service. We are the calm voice on the phone that handles everything else.
We call.
Regular check-ins, wellness calls, appointment reminders.
We coordinate.
Doctors, pharmacies, rides, deliveries, paperwork, housekeeping, and handyman services. We chase the loose ends so the family doesn't have to.
We update.
A short summary every Monday to everyone in the family who wants one, and an email right away when something needs your attention.
We'll tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can, we keep track of the appointments, the reminders, and the loose ends, so you don't have to.
- Plain answers. If something isn't a fit for us, we'll say so.
- No surprises. Month-to-month and cancel anytime. Every price is listed below, including setup.
- Your family decides. You choose who sees what, and you can change it anytime.
- We follow up. If a ride falls through or a check-in goes unanswered, we let you know and help sort it out.
From phone call to peace of mind in three steps.
Setup usually takes about a week from the first call.

Fifteen minutes. Tell us what's going on. No card, no commitment, no awkward sales pitch.
We get set up together
You answer about 30–45 minutes of questions in your secure portal, at your own pace and somewhere quiet (not on the road). Then we pick the right package, build the contact list, and set the schedule with you.
We handle the everyday
Your parent gets reminders and check-ins on schedule, and we take care of the requests in your plan. You get a weekly summary, see everything on one shared screen, and hear from us when something needs your attention.
Real people, with a secure system behind them.
Behind every friendly phone call is a secure system quietly keeping your parent safe, on schedule, and connected — and keeping your family in the loop.
Medication reminders
Daily reminders to take medications — by phone call, text, or email, whichever they prefer.
Doctor appointments
Every appointment tracked, with friendly reminders the day before and a few hours ahead.
Rides to appointments
A ride plan for every appointment: one-tap Uber booking, GoGoGrandparent for parents without a smartphone, or a local wheelchair-van company. We check the ride is booked and help rebook if it falls through. On Gold, we book rides for you.
“I’m OK” check-ins
A text on the days you choose: your parent replies 1 if they're okay, or 2 for a call back. No reply? We text once more, then let you know. Calls work too. Gold adds a weekly personal call from our team.
Scam & fraud alerts
A simple weekly heads-up about the latest scams targeting older adults — what to watch for.
Highly-rated local help Silver & Gold
Top-rated nearby providers — house cleaning, handyman, groceries, companion care, tech help, and more — found by ZIP. You choose who to hire and confirm their licensing. On Gold, we find and line up the help for you.
Family “Upcoming” view
One calm screen for the whole family to see what’s scheduled — appointments, rides, and reminders.
Weekly updates & alerts
Every Monday, each family member gets a short summary of the week. If a check-in goes unanswered or a ride falls through, we email you right away and follow up during business hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central Time.
Concierge scheduling Gold
Just ask — our team books the appointment and arranges the ride for you, start to finish.
Every plan includes the essentials. Silver and Gold add more hands-on help — see the packages below.
Provider listings reflect public ratings, not an endorsement; you choose who to hire and confirm their licensing.
See your parent's week at a glance.
Each family member gets their own short email: what we did, how check-ins went, and what's coming up. No logging in required, though everything is in the portal too.
- How check-ins went, day by day.
- Every reminder we sent, counted from what actually went out.
- What's coming up, including whether each ride is booked.

Analynn Sardella
"10 years coordinating for older adults — most recently for my in-laws. My husband and I built this for the families who can't be in two places at once."
Non-medical service
We don't diagnose, prescribe, or replace 911. We're the people in between.
Confidential
Information stays between you, the client, and the contacts you approve. Records are encrypted, and access is limited to the people you approve.
Family-first
You decide what we share, with whom, and how often. The family is always the team.
Choosing a Medicare plan? We'll help you get ready.
Plans and drug prices change every year, and Open Enrollment is the main time to switch. We don't sell insurance or recommend plans. We take care of the legwork so your parent can make the choice with good, free advice:
- Put together an up-to-date list of medications, pharmacies, and doctors.
- Book a free appointment with your state's SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program), whose Medicare counselors are free and unbiased. They don't sell plans either.
- Remind your parent before the appointment and before the December 7 deadline.
- Help with the ride if the appointment is in person.
Included with the Silver and Gold plans. HavenWise is not affiliated with Medicare, any SHIP program, or any insurance company.
The questions families ask first.
If you're wondering whether this is a fit, the free call is the fastest way to find out.
How is this different from a home-health aide or a geriatric care manager?
Home-health aides come to the house and provide hands-on care. Geriatric care managers do in-person assessments and write care plans. We do something narrower: we are the calm voice on the phone for the everyday stuff — calls, scheduling, reminders, updates to the family. We often work alongside an aide or a care manager, not instead of one.
What if my parent won't agree to use the service?
That's common. We start by talking with you. Many families have us call as "a service the family uses to keep in touch about appointments" — we don't push, we earn it call by call. If after a few weeks your parent says no thanks, you can cancel.
How much does it cost, and what's the contract?
Plans start at $149/month (Bronze). There's no contract: monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. The annual plan is optional and paid upfront for a discount (12 months for the price of 11); if you cancel early, we refund the unused full months. Silver and Gold have a one-time setup fee ($99 and $199) for getting everything in place; it's waived with the annual plan, and Bronze has none. If things are calm for a while, you can pause a monthly plan for up to 3 months ($29 a month) or move to a smaller plan instead of cancelling. The free 15-minute call decides whether we're a fit before any money changes hands.
How do you protect my parent's information?
We're not a healthcare provider, and we don't diagnose, treat, or bill insurance. We still protect your family's information carefully: records are encrypted, sign-in is secured, and only the people you approve can see anything. We collect only what we need to coordinate, such as appointment times and reminder schedules, and we never sell it or use it for marketing.
Can my siblings and I all stay in the loop?
Yes. Each plan includes family contacts (one on Bronze, up to three on Silver, up to five on Gold). Each person signs in to see what's scheduled, gets their own weekly update email, and you decide what each one can change. This is especially useful when siblings live in different time zones.
What about emergencies?
HavenWise is not an emergency service. Always call 911 first in any urgent or life-threatening situation. We are a non-medical concierge available during regular business hours only (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Central Time) — we do not replace first responders, medical professionals, hospital staff, or case managers, and we cannot guarantee availability outside our posted hours. Once the immediate situation is handled, families are welcome to reach out for whatever day-to-day coordination help we can offer.

Tell us what's going on. We'll tell you whether we can help — honestly.
